Payment and Booking Confirmation

Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are refundable up to 75% of their value, within the validity period. No refunds will be issued beyond this period.
Direct Bookings: For bookings made directly with us, without the intervention of a third party and without specific cancellation conditions, the following rules apply:
o Any request for cancellation or modification from the customer will result in a refund of the sums paid, less the fees due according to the scale below, within a reasonable time.
o More than 48 hours before departure or service: Refund of 80% of the total amount.
o Between 24 and 48 hours before departure or service: Reimbursement of 60% of the total amount.
o Less than 24 hours before departure or service: No refund

Tastings and Dietary Restrictions
During tours or experiences that include food or beverage tastings, participants are solely responsible for their decision to consume these products and the potential consequences for their health, particularly in the event of food allergies, diabetes or other medical conditions.
Health and Safety of Participants
